The Scouting Report
The UCLA women’s gymnastics team currently holds six NCAA championship titles and has been ranked in the top 10 every preseason since polling began in 1998. This year, the streak continues, with the Bruins entering their 2016 campaign ranked sixth in the nation. Led by a quartet of All-Americans and several decorated newcomers, the Bruins will square off against Pac-12 rivals Oregon State and Arizona State in February—both of whom they beat last season. The results of those meets could help the Bruins build momentum leading up to the championships in March, where the conference’s top team is crowned.
