Q:

A:

Most of the venues that host events featured on Groupon are handicap accessible. Before you purchase tickets to any event, contact the venue to verify if all the tickets being offered through Groupon will meet your specific needs. All venues are happy to accommodate anyone with a disability but we still recommend verifying specifics before purchasing any ticket.

For specific accessibility questions, feel free to call the venue directly at (416) 872-4255. They'll be happy to help!

Thanks for your interest. If you bought the tickets in the same transaction, the box office will do their best to make sure your seats are together. If you ever have an issue redeeming your Groupon, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here or calling us at 877-788-7858. We'll be happy to help!
