Q:

If I bought the Groupon for the Rutgers gane and it sells out, will I still have two tickets waiting for me at the ticket office on gameday?

Christopher S.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

Hi Christopher, by purchasing this Groupon, you are issued a G-Pass, which serves as your ticket to the event (so you won't have to worry about it selling out).

To redeem this Groupon:
1. Print out Groupon voucher (or pull it up with our mobile app).
2. Present tickets with valid ID at the venue box office prior to day of game. Gates open 90 minutes before game time. The UC ticket office is open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
3. Enjoy!

My husband ordered yesterday for he and I and didn't see the fine print. My sister and brother-in-law would like to attend with us and we'll both be visiting our children who attend UC. Can I cancel the first order and redo for four tickets and/or can I add another pair onto my husband's order from yesterday?

Q:

Would I be able to purchase 2 of these and get tickets side by side (4 total for football game). Then pick 2 basketball games and have 4 seats to each game?

Brian C.  asked on  Oct 11, 2012

A:

Hey Brian - you can definitely do that! Just make sure you purchase them at the same time and in your account. For example, say you wanted to buy one pair of tickets and your friend "John Smith" wanted to buy a pair of tickets, we ask that you buy both of them so that we can accommodate the seating request. Hope this helps!

Q:

Can I redeem the voucher for the football game at the ticket office on the day of the game...or do I have to pick them up before hand?

Josh V.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Hey Josh, We would need you to redeem the voucher at the ticket office prior to game day. We want our Groupon customers to avoid the ticket sales lines and this is the best way to accomplish it. Plus, you can check out your seats inside Nippert Stadium on your trip prior to the game so you know exactly where to go!

Q:

If I buy the tickets in my name can I then give the tickets to someone as a gift? Can I split up the tickets and give them to different people? Barb C.

Barbara C.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Hi Barb! You can certainly give them to someone. Two options: 1. you pick them up from the Ticket Office and distribute OR 2. When you purchase, you will be asked for first and last name as it appears on ID of person picking up tickets at box office. You can put their name there. If you want to split them up to different people, you would need to be the one to pick them up all together then distribute to the different parties. Thanks!

Q:

Are the tickets for the men's basketball and women's basketball games just for one game each? Or, can you use two tickets for one game and two tickets for another game?

Keri K.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Hi Keri! Great question----they can be spread out and used for multiple games. For the Men's Basketball: just let the Ticket Office know which ones when you pick up the tickets and for the Women's Basketball, you can redeem them at the gate for different games. Thanks!
