- The Vancouver Christmas Market features more than 80 huts of authentic German sweets, treats, and treasures, ready to sprinkle Christmas magic all around.
- Valid days and times: November 19–December 16, 2021, Mondays–Thursdays after 2 p.m. only. Guest MUST exchange their Groupon voucher for a Market ticket online prior to visiting.
- Opening hours: 11.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
- Age restriction: children must be at least 2 years old and 36’’ tall to ride the Carousel
- Adult tickets are for ages 18 and up; youth tickets are for ages 7–17
- Free admission for children 6 and under
- Guests must provide Covid-19 Passport with proof of full vaccination
- The market is a non-smoking facility
- Pets not allowed (service animals are permitted)

Refunds are only available for 24 hours after purchase. Valid only for 2021 Vancouver Christmas Market Valid Monday to Thursday after 2pm only. Not Valid Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. After purchasing, guests must book the timeslot for their visit online using the provided Groupon code. Guests MUST provide the ticket generated from said booking for entry. Carousel ride is included on entry ticket. Guests must provide Covid-19 Passport with proof of full vaccination. Admittance is subject to venue capacity. Must be at least 2 years old and 36'' tall to ride the Carousel. Children 0–6 are free. Youth Tickets are valid for those aged 7–17. Traditional beverages available for purchase at the huts. Limit 10 per person, may buy 10 additional as gifts. Valid through December 16, 2021.
