Veronica Porter’s inspiration to start Ask Aunt V began on a playground. Spotting a girl who seemed blue, Veronica approached her to ask why. Due to a sensitivity to lactose, the girl couldn’t eat the tasty treats her classmates were enjoying. Veronica decided to find a way to craft satisfying foods for children and adults with dietary restrictions, and today she does just that through cooking classes and thoughtfully catered meals.
