The description states that the groupon is for one ticket, but if you select Buy, the description is for 2 tickets. Please clarify.

Pam D.  asked on  Jan 30, 2013

Very sorry for the confusion! We originally had a mistake on the deal page which incorrectly stated that each Groupon was for 1 ticket. We have now updated the deal page to correctly state that each Groupon is for 2 tickets. Q:

hi will there be more for $50 ?

christine l.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

If an option is listed as sold out, it is no longer available for purchase. Unfortunately, I am unable to release any information regarding when they may be featured again. However, since we offer new deals every day, there's a chance you'll see something else you like soon! I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience!

Q:

I know she's not a vegetarian chef. With that in mind, will she be sharing any vegetarian food prep/dishes? Is there a menu or more description of what's gong to take place. Thanks!

Kathryn T.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

I checked the What's Cooking Expo website, and it looks like Carla will be demonstrating signature recipes and techniques from her new book “cooking with love”. Unfortunately we do not have more information about what specific recipes will be demonstrated.

Q:

Hi. I understand that the groupon is for 2 tickets. But it states, "One reserved seat during the cooking demonstration". Are there actually 2 reserved seats then? Thank you.

Renee L.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

Very sorry for the confusion! Yes, each Groupon is for two tickets. Each ticket includes general admission and a reserved seat during the cooking demonstration -- so with the two tickets, you'd get two reserved seats.

Q:

I just purchased tickets for the Mar 2 (2:00 pm) show but I am not sure where to print out my voucher. I printed the email saying "Hi gloria - Our squad of hyperintelligent octopuses , etc.....and it shows order summary with the $50 charge to my visa. I also printed out a "Purchase History"...but it seems like I should have something printed that says "Voucher" on it. What am I missing here???

GLORIA B.  asked on  Jan 30, 2013

A:

To find your Groupon voucher after it's purchased, just click your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click "My Groupons", then select "View Voucher". If the Groupon was purchased as a gift, it will be in the "My Gifts" section instead. Your Groupon voucher will include exact instructions for redeeming this offer.

Q:

Hello. Based upon the current event ticket pricing on the official website, it seems that one can purchase a reserved seat for 21.69 and a VIP for 52.74 (current ticket price, free mailing or printing of tickets). If that is the case, then what is the significant discount or am I misunderstanding the terms? Thanks!

Nelson C.  asked on  Jan 30, 2013

A:

Very sorry for the confusion! Each Groupon is actually for 2 tickets, so both options are 51% the list price. Our deal page originally stated that each Groupon was for one admission, but we have now updated the page to correctly list that each option is for 2 tickets. I hope this helps!
