I purchased 2 tickets for a tour while in New Orleans. The instructions were not clear and when we showed up to the meeting location no one was there although we arrived on time. After us calling numerous times we finally got ahold of someone who said our Groupon would be refunded although months have passed by nothing has been done.

It was very nice and very informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that we weren’t able to go into the cemetery, physically. At least not anymore, but it was still a very good tour. My mother thanked me a few times during it for booking us.
