XL’ent Xmas: 25th Anniversary Edition

  • Tori Kelly: After establishing fruitful roots as a child star, American Idol contestant, and YouTube sensation, this talented singer/songwriter matured into adult stardom with 2015’s Unbreakable Smile, featuring the smash hits “Should’ve Been Us” and “Nobody Love.”
  • Walk the Moon: Nylon Magazine deemed this Ohio-based indie-pop quartet a Band Crush due to their “swirly pop beats, infectious guitar riffs, and loud, sing-a-long choruses,” which are best heard in the inescapable 2014 anthem, “Shut Up and Dance.”
  • Shaggy: Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Shaggy developed his punchy vocal inflection while serving in the US Marine Corps. From there, he kickstarted his music career with the dancehall hit, “Oh Carolina,” and became a household name and Grammy winner with his debut album, Boombastic.
  • Before You Exit: This pop-punk band of brothers started out opening for All Time Low before winning the Macy’s iHeart Radio Rising Star Contest and getting their own float in the Thanksgiving parade. In 2015, they were signed to a major label and released the new single “Model.”
