What You’ll Do
Improving your baking skills can be easy and fun, provided you know a few basic fundamentals. Zach Townsend shares just those tips at a hands-on workshop covering the ins and outs of crafting sweets and chocolates. While making dark chocolate ganache, meringues, and lemon curd, you’ll learn how proper techniques and preparation make all the difference when crafting desserts. Zach’s chocolate classes were featured in the October 2014 issue of Everyday with Rachel Ray as one of the most fun and creative chocolate activities in the country.
