Absolutely loved this experience!!! The shop is super cute/clean and the complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. Kayla was very professional and prompt. She paid attention to details and addressed any concerns I had. It made me feel at ease knowing she is licensed. Her friendly professionalism set the bar and now she will be my new go to for all my waxing needs! 5 stars! 10/10!
