Cheryl is nothing less than amazing, she effortlessly does an amazing job instructing and is a total sweetheart. She is extremely knowledgeable about the anatomy and very informative. As someone who is new to pilates I am so glad that Cheryl is the person guiding me through in her private classes. I recommend her to the highest extent and will definitely continue my journey with her hands down!
Cheryl is a fantastic teacher. After years of suffering from chronic back pain and misalignment, Pilates is a welcome experience, and while I have tried the method before, Cheryl's relaxed approach makes the equipment less intimidating. She is also very knowledgeable regarding anatomy, and is sensitive to client's needs and finds creative ways to explain the exercises. I will definitely be visiting again
I had a private session with the GLE Pilates owner/instructor Cheryl. I previously went to the Armonk location and wanted to try Mount Vernon because it's very convenient. Cheryl asked me what my fitness goals were and gave me an idea of what the workout would include. We did a very thorough stretch before the session which was great because I've skipped that before and have had major aches and pains as a result. I will definitely be back.
This session was amazing. Cheryl took the time to really educate me on the basics of pilates as I'm new to this form of exercise. She made me feel welcomed in her studio which is beautiful. I walked away with key tips to not only practicing pilates exercises but also improving my health and wellness.
Wow! My body feels amazing! I suffer from muscle spasms and have been for years due to a car accident. After my private session, my back and neck feel so much better! I actually don’t feel any pain right now (hours after the session) and I normally feel pain all throughout the day. Can’t wait for my upcoming sessions! Highly recommend.
