Booked Full Interior / Exterior Emerald Package. They didn't turn up for 1st appt - no call, no email, no ability to reach them. Booked second appt and they turned up - hour or so late. OK job - not great. Some parts of package not done at all - eg. trunk / hatch not vacuumed, cup holder still had some crud, etc. OK to good job, not great.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a business. They refused to email me back for over a week, then when I could finally book, they didn’t show up, begged me to reschedule, so I did, and then they showed up ten minutes late, realized their machine was dead, didn’t feel like bothering to go get another one, so they left. I am expecting a refund tonight. Disgusted.
