Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. I booked my appointment two weeks in advance and asked to confirm the address, only to be told it was on the voucher. I arrived early and tried calling Deesha for 30 minutes with no success. I eventually gave up, went home, and requested a refund through Groupon. Deesha later called and invited me to return an hour after the original appointment. I decided to give it a try, though I should have cancelled. The setup did not feel like a professional studio, but Deesha was very sweet, so I went ahead. I showed her several pictures of the light volume lash look I wanted, and she said she understood. Unfortunately, the results were far from what I requested. My right eye was glued shut and needed to be unsealed with tweezers. The lashes were far too thick and long, and despite my concerns, she insisted it looked great. I didn’t want to make a scene as her toddler had just woken up in the room. When I got home, I had to trim and remove as many lashes as possible—the glue was clumpy and hard to manage. Some lashes were crooked and had to be removed painfully. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service and won’t be returning.
