$2,500 for Laser Vision-Correction Surgery ($5,000 Value)
This deal is valid for either an all-laser LASIK or PRK treatment on both eyes. During both procedures, precise lasers correct refractive errors with a 10- to 15-minute surgery followed by minimal downtime, aiming to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia, as well as boost hindsight beyond 20/20. Unlike LASIK, photorefractive keratectomy—or PRK—removes the superficial layers of the cornea, which is then allowed to grow back. Procedures include one year of follow-up visits, in which doctors supervise the healing of the eyes and describe ways to repurpose old glasses into fashionable earrings. A thorough consultation and exam determine candidacy for surgery; those who do not qualify will receive a full refund.
