I was given an appointment on Memorial Day by mistake, they sent me a message to reschedule but instead my coupon shows now as redeemed with no service given to me, I am being calling on a daily basis to their numbers, one of them has a continuous busy signal and the other one sends me straight to a voice mail that had not been set up yet, I sent them a text and still no answer from this business.

We're always open to feedback, but in this case, we feel it's important to provide some context. This individual rescheduled her appointment seven times. When one of our new team members mistakenly booked her on Memorial Day—a day when our clinic is closed—we contacted her immediately to reschedule. Unfortunately, she responded with multiple threatening voicemails and verbally abusive messages directed at our staff.
While we strive to accommodate everyone, we also believe in treating our team with respect. No one should be subjected to hostility, especially after repeated efforts to work with someone’s changing schedule. We immediately issued a full refund through Groupon, as it was clear this would not be a good fit for either party.
We wish her the best and hope she finds a provider that better suits her needs.
