My experience was excellent. Amazing friendly ladies who did great efficient job for root touch up. Would definitely go back again!! Hair came out great. Very happy with the purchase.

Haircuts are what they specialize in best. Color and more specifically balayage is not their forte. My hair was left with inconsistent colors all throughout. Know that toner for the balayage is an extra charge. I had to go get my hair fixed elsewhere because as you can see from the responses of the business owner with complaints from their clients, too hostile and inconsistent to deal with.

I do not recommend the Beach Wave perm. My hair is dried, brittle, fried, and breaking from it. I asked for big curls and my request was denied. Now I am left with a mess. Frizzy in some parts, straight in others but a mess all around.It will take years for this to grow and be cut out. They are fine for simple hair cuts and touch ups but not for anything else. I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I am going through now.
