My entire experience with Glow Spa was excellent. However, I made my appointment through Groupon and the staff at Glow Spa was unaware that the appointment had been made. The staff stated that this has happened multiple times with Groupon. The masseuse gave me an additional 15 min foot scrub and massage for my trouble. This was great considering it wasn't their mistake.
I suggest that you make your reservation directly with Glow Spa.

I had the 30 minute Swedish massage and 30 minute anti-aging facial by Jessica. Both services were great, room ambiance was relaxing and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Just what I needed and I already purchased again for a future visit!
