Nice customer follow-up, ie returning phone call, setting up appointment, and reminder text. Centrally located for the area, MTA bus at corner of location. Actual facial, had skin analysis and offered best mask for your skin type, extraction. There was no selling of any skincare products, which was great.

I loved my deep pore facial! Marina is very knowledgeable and educated me on my skin type and how to take care of it. She was very focused during the session and was extremely delicate (even during extraction!). The LED session was a lovely bonus. My skin was shining!
