I hesitated on a 5 star review....because while the tour was amazing (i have been on the GoNEWYORK tour 4 times in 5 years) i actually never got to use the Groupon and lost the entire amount paid for the Groupon. 2 months after it was purchased i went to New York to redeem and was unable to...so i paid the amount in the office for 2 of us to do the tour and figured i could use the tour during my next visit (5 months later). BUT when i went back 5 months later to redeem the groupon, they told me i had used it already. I showed them my debit receipt via online banking but they refused to allow me to use the groupon. i was frustrated and spent over an hour in the office trying to find out how i could the Groupon. almost 2 years after i origionally purchased it, and 2 times attempting to use it...i gave up and just clicked it as "used" so it would stop showing up in my groupons. grrr. i wouls suggest anyone using the groupon for Go New York Tours to make sure to keep close track of it when redeeming at their office. i was totally ripped off. Great Tour though! best in New York City, and most affordable by far!
