What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Go to Mindy offers an array of services including data backup, transfer & retrieval, computer tune-ups, troubleshooting, device set ups, virus removal, software installation, remote support from home, and one-on-one tech consultation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Originating out of Hawaii, Go to Mindy is expanding outside the island. I am known for my electronics repair service in Hawaii. The idea originated when my mentor Ron Martin noticed I had a natural talent for trouble shooting. With his encouragement, I launched my business.

What do you love most about your job?
I sincerely love helping people. I understand that not everyone can understand computers and electronics the way I can, but I love the relief and excitement when I help a client get what they need done.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
My client needed to retrieve data from her stolen phone. The data was backed up but locked with an encrypted password which was forgotten. The software I used cracked the password and retrieved the encrypted data. My client was se excited to use her restored phone!
