Take controls of the airplane as we take off and fly high over San Diego in a single engine airplane. Discover the experience of aviation!
You will get the opportunity to take control of our aircraft as you learn how to taxi, take off, and fly the aeroplane over the skies of San Diego. We will meet at San Diego's Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport. Your intro lesson will include approximately 1 hour of ground instruction and 1 hour of flight time in a Cessna 172 aircraft. This is a training experience. If you wish to continue flight instruction with us, we are able to get you started with your private pilot license training. Lessons must be scheduled by calling our business line at (619) 356-0658 or by emailing us at info@goflysandiego.com. Lessons must be booked at least 3 days in advance. Bookings are subject to aircraft and instructor availability.
IMPORTANT Notes: You may bring 1 additional guest with you for your discovery flight. Because of the nature of scheduling aircraft, you must arrive on time for your booking. Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes late for the reservation time on your confirmation email will, unfortunately, forfeit the reservation without a refund. This is no fun for anyone so please be on time.
This offer is limited to one voucher per person per lifetime. Discovery flights are only available for those with no previous aviation training. Bookings are subject to weather. If the weather is unsafe to fly, we will reschedule at no cost to you.
