A little more friendliness from the technician would go a long way, and after if you drop your tools on the dirty floor, picking them up and re-using them should be discouraged. However, I'll be back for sure- the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, immediately brought me a water, and always was available and within eyeshot making sure everything was going smoothly. Plus, they got me in on short notice (like within just an hour, which I was not expecting). The facilities are impeccable and clean; they have great pedicure chairs (I think all the bells and whistles except heated seats!), too, and the sounds of birds chirping and soothing sounds bumping through the speakers lent itself to creating a relaxing vibe in the middle of the city. Again, I'll definitely be back, just would like to be asked whether I want my nails cut, what shape I'd like them filed, etc. Little things that go a long way.
