What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Unlike many other fitness classes, our Group Fitness Classes & Bootcamps are all 'Progessive-Based.' This means we start with baseline fitness testing and continue to challenge your body differently each week and then re-test at the end of EVERY month. This is how we deliver results consistently.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
As stated above, progressive based fitness demands new and challenging workouts that are ALWAYS different. This ensures that you're always focused and never get used to the same old workout. When you come each week, you'll never know what to expect so you'll have to be ready for a new workout!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We ran beach group fitness classes and bootcamps back home in the northeast. Charleston did not have one (or many that we're aware of) so we're adding a new element to 'southern-style' fitness.
What do you love most about your job?
We love getting people going each Saturday morning (not super early, 830!) and starting their weekend and day off RIGHT! I personally strive to make sure all of our bootcamps, group fitness classes & instructors provide a very supportive, personal connection with each and every person.
