As part of Los Angeles' alternative comedy festival Riot LA, Natasha Leggero, Janeane Garofalo and Maria Bamford co-headline a triple-header bill at the Theatre at Ace Hotel. The three in-demand talents approach comedy from radically different angles -- from insults to eccentricity to incisiveness. Leggero is known to veer from haughty to raunchy with the bat of a coquettish eyelash. She's made a name for herself with regular stints on Chelsea Lately, a scathing burn session on Comedy Central's roast of Justin Bieber and, most recently, her own Downton Abbey-mocking sitcom Another Period. Bamford's signature neurotic stand-up style earned her an American Comedy Award as "Best Club Comic" and the cult comedy star's racked up fans thanks to her eponymous web series, a recurring role on Netflix's Arrested Development reboot, and voice-over work on animated shows including Adventure Time and BoJack Horseman. Garofalo got her start on TV's The Ben Stiller Show and went on to star in comedy classics like Reality Bites, Wet Hot American Summer and The Larry Sanders Show, for which she received two Emmy nods. The sardonic stand-up veteran usually takes the stage with her notebook of ideas and news clippings, making spontaneous-yet-hilarious observations about whatever is on her mind at the moment.
