To quote The New York Times: "By all rights, smooth jazz should own the holiday season, and the saxophonist Dave Koz is better positioned than anyone to make it so." The celebrated jazz journeyman -- dubbed "Santa Koz" -- returns with his annual Dave Koz and Friends Christmas tour, spreading seasonal cheer to the Warfield in San Francisco. This high-energy show will feature two Grammy-nominated tour "alumni": acclaimed South African singer-songwriter and guitarist Jonathan Butler and Dutch saxophone star Candy Dulfer, best known for her breakout hit "Lily Was Here." You'll also see the legendary Bill Medley, who joins this joyful tour for the first time. Medley, who co-founded The Righteous Brothers with Bobby Hatfield, has released 14 solo albums, including the Grammy-winning Dirty Dancing. Together, the four musicians will put fresh spins on holiday classics, as well as other selections that beautifully capture the spirit of the season.
