Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

is the 20 day plan offered for only 20 consecutive days, or can the 20 days be used anytime?

Stephanie P.  asked on  Apr 26, 2012

A:

Great question - the sessions are usable anytime, now through June 30. However, we do ask that you come in to activate your Groupon BEFORE May 28, please. Thanks for your interest and we look forward to seeing you in the club!

Q:

Do you not have to be a member for the Focus master pass?

Catherine N.  asked on  Apr 26, 2012

A:

Great question - the Focusmaster 10-class pass allows you the same access as our 20-visit pass, with the option to take the Focusmaster classes while you're here as well. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for your interest!

More Questions and Answers

Q:

I see that this question has been asked but I'm not understanding the answer. Once you activate the 20 day pass, is it for 20 consecutive days or 20 actual visits to the gym?

robin T.  asked on  Apr 28, 2012

A:

This is for 20 actual visits to the gym. Hope this helps and thank you for your interest!

Q:

Does this include use of the daycare while at the gym?

Cynthia K.  asked on  Apr 28, 2012

A:

Hi Cynthia, no, it does not. However our rates are very reasonable. Feel free to contact the gym for specifics. Thanks for your interest!

Q:

If I purchase the 20 day option, and choose to come to a morning class, then return in the evening for an evening class on the same day, will that could as 1 day, or 2 days?

Amanda C.  asked on  Apr 27, 2012

A:

Hi Amanda! Great question and sorry for the delay in answering... your visits cover you for a whole day, so if you have the urge to take a ton of classes/spend more time with our equipment and staff, then, by all means! We admire your dedication and look forward to seeing you in-club!

Q:

Just to get a clear understanding, this is saying if I purchase only the $20 for 20 deal I CANNOT join any FocusMaster classes, even though it says all groups classes are included?

Kenya M.  asked on  Apr 27, 2012

A:

Hi Kenya, Excellent question. Our Focusmaster classes are considered paid programming, and while we list them on our Gold's Group Exercise schedule (for ease of reference for our members interested in taking said classes) - they incur require additional fee. If you want to try Focusmaster, consider the 10-pack for $39, which will allow you 10 visits to use the gym and take Focusmaster as well. Thanks for your interest!

Q:

I bought this for my wife but didn't click the 'gift' option. Will she still be able to use the passes?

S  asked on  Apr 27, 2012

A:

Groupons don't print with names, so you're welcome to print your Groupon and gift it to your wife, even if you didn't specify that it was a gift at checkout. I'm sure she'll love it!

Q:

Please cancel this groupon. I didn't realize it had to be used by the end of June.

Bob H.  asked on  Apr 27, 2012

A:

Hi Bob, we actually don't handle the cancellation. You'll need to contact Groupon Customer Service... which is accessible here. https://www.groupon.com/support I'm sorry we couldn't welcome you this time - thank you for your interest!

Q:

I have the same questions as Catherine N - which looks like it got two different answers: a yes from the merchant and a no from the Groupon rep. So, I will repeat her question: Can we get the 20 gym visits deal if we have used a Golds seven day VIP pass less than 60 days ago? (I think I used mine about seven weeks ago, will have to check). Thanks.

Caroline C.  asked on  Apr 27, 2012

A:

Hi Caroline, I am not sure where the conflicting answers are, but we'll look into that! Technically, the fine print refers to a Groupon, but given that we haven't run with Groupon in the last 60 days, we'd love to have you come in and participate in our clubs! Thanks for your interest and we'll see you in-club!

Q:

I would also like to buy a pass for a friend, but he said he had used a 7 day VIP pass about 6 weeks ago. Will he still be able to use it?

Catherine N.  asked on  Apr 26, 2012

A:

Per the Fine Print, this Groupon is not valid if services used in past 60 days.
