What You'll Get
This isn't your typical boy band. The four handsome men in Well-Strung are accomplished classical musicians and singers who've performed in all the biggest Broadway shows. And they also know their way around a pop song. Using violin, cello and the power of their voices, Well-Strung puts their own spin on everything from Mozart and Vivaldi to Rihanna, Adele and Lady Gaga. Don't miss the string quartet the New York Daily News called "the hottest thing with a bow since Jennifer Lawrence in The Hunger Games."
Well-Strung, the singing string quartet, has quickly gained national and international attention for their unique mash-up of string quartet and boy band. The foursome features classical musicians who sing, putting their own spin on the music of Mozart, Vivaldi, Ke$ha, Pink, Adele, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears & more. They’ve been featured in venues ranging from London’s Leicester Square to Provincetown to NYC’s Highline Ballroom, including their starring role in Tony winner Joanna Gleason’s recent sold out run at 54 Below. Well-Strung consists of Edmund Bagnell (first violin), Christopher Marchant (second violin), Daniel Shevlin (cello) and Trevor Wadleigh (viola). Conceived by Mark Cortale & Christopher Marchant, directed by Donna Drake (A Chorus Line).
