What You'll Get

Celebrate 40 years of punk rock godfathers the Ramones at the 2016 Johnny Ramone Tribute. Steve Jones, of the Sex Pistols and Jonesy's Jukebox, hosts this year's party at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Bring a picnic or hit up the food trucks, then settle in on the beautiful Fairbanks Lawn and watch the Ramones take over a school and fight the man in the cult classic Rock 'n' Roll High School. Afterwards, actor P.J. Soles, legendary producer Roger Corman, director Allan Arkush and a surprise guest will take part in an Q&A, followed by Ramones: It's Alive 1974-1996. Plus, Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett's collection of horror memorabilia will also be on display, along with a pop-up exhibition of punk photography from Morrison Hotel Gallery. To top it all off, DJ Howie Pyro will be spinning tunes into the night.
