What You'll Get

Acclaimed painter, sculptor and installation artist Rosalyn Engelman has used barbed wire, mannequins, old electronics and more to convey her points about the human spirit and finding beauty and hope even in the midst of destruction. In Nocturnes, a multimedia evening that includes dialogue between Engelman and BPAC director Ted Altschuler, a screening of a documentary on the artist and a performance by pianist David Shimoni, Engelman's life and creative process is explored and interpreted.
