What You'll Get

Experience the jubilant, classic 1948 Judy Garland and Fred Astaire musical Easter Parade at the beautiful, historical Los Angeles Theatre. Renowned film historian and critic Leonard Maltin introduces the film with fascinating tidbits and insights about the musical comedy, which features songs such as "Steppin' Out With My Baby," "Easter Parade" and "We're a Couple of Swells." Barbershop quartet Bank of Harmony performs onstage before the film, taking you back to a simpler time of vests, bow ties and four-part harmony. You can even see original Judy Garland costumes on display in the ballroom downstairs, including one featured in the film. A free Q&A session follows the screening, all about the iconic Los Angeles Theatre and its history. After the screening, get free entry and discounted drinks at Clifton's Republic for some pub trivia, with questions about the movie, theater and L.A. history.
