During their journey, they encounter Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, Cinderella and Jack and the Beanstalk. All the storybook characters discover that wishes often come with a steep price in this imaginative work with music and lyrics by show tune master Stephen Sondheim. A smash hit in its original Broadway run, Into the Woods comes to the El Cerrito Performing Arts Theater.
