The mambo master wowed audiences around the globe with his electric stage presence and extraordinary timbale and vibraphone playing. Now Embarcadero Marina Park South's brand-new Thursday night jazz series kicks off with a musical tribute to the late, great mambo legend. From bossa nova to cha-cha-chá, a talented group of musicians -- including trumpeter Gilbert Castellans and timbales master Mike Holguin -- will immerse you in a soundscape of Afro-Cuban beats, Latin jazz riffs and, of course, Tito's favorite, the timbales.
