What You'll Get
Aloe Blacc brings his soul-stirring music to Ford Amphitheatre for an intimate outdoor concert where he'll perform songs by Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye and Joni Mitchell, as well as his own material. An accomplished vocalist, Blacc is best known for his singles "I Need a Dollar," U.K. No. 1 single "The Man" and for writing and performing vocals on Avicii's "Wake Me Up." Aloe will be joined by guitarists Woody Aplanalp and Fabiano do Nascimento, East L.A. jarocho band Cambalache, the soul/rock fusion group The Brothers Band and punk power trio The Concentrates. Bring your own picnic and enjoy a beautiful summer night in Los Angeles.
The Ford is an outdoor venue and can get cold at night. Please plan accordingly. Additionally, it is a County park, so parking lots and the venue in general are located in hilly terrain. Comfortable shoes are recommended. You are welcome to bring food and drink (beer and wine only) and picnic on the plaza or in your seats. Picnic tables are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please visit Ford Amphitheatre website for more information on the following: Directions, Parking & Shuttle Options, Parking & Special Services, Theatre Policies and Food & Dining.
