What You'll Get
Everybody loves a guitar prodigy, and the not-yet-20-year-old Tyler Morris has been thrust into the spotlight. Since the age of 11, Morris has been entertaining audiences with his fleet-fingered dexterity and boyish charm. Along the way he’s racked up a number of guest appearances alongside some of the guitar community’s heaviest hitters. At age 11, he began performing regularly at the C-Note Blues club in Hull, Massachusetts. Eventually, Tyler branched out into other stylistic interests and became interested in hard rock, classical music and jazz. Tyler soon began performing as a guest player at B.B. King’s Blues Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. At the age of 15, he wrote his first studio album, And So It Begins. Citing the influences of Jason Becker, Edward Van Halen, and Yngwie J. Malmsteen. You can probably guess what his debut album sounded like. And So It Begins was a trip down memory lane to classic ’80s hard rock and metal. Danny Klein, the bass guitarist for J. Geils Band once said of Tyler, “Morris is an exciting new talent that will be around for long time!” While Bon Jovi’s lead guitarist (Phil X) said of Tyler, “The first time I heard Tyler Morris play I was astounded.” For this show, Tyler Morris Eruption will walk you down memory lane as his talented band (featuring the hugely gifted lead-singer Craig Rawding) performs Van Halen 1 — A 40th Anniversary Concert.
