Lone Star Iced Tea Festival
Similar deals
There's two kinds of tea in Texas: the delicious, sweet "house wine of the South" and the energy-providing black oil that comes spouting up from the ground. This second annual festival, with the theme "Texas Tea," salutes both versions through various displays, but there's only one type of tasting -- and there'll be plenty of samples to sip indoors at the Premier Event Center in Lewisville. There's even a contest to determine the best iced tea out there. Plus, you'll be treated to live music, a shopping area and kids' activities to keep your whistle whetted as well. Speakers include a variety of tea sommeliers and sellers, and performers are set to include Americana band Anderson's Good Medicine, R&B singer Dana Jones and more.
