Jay returns to New York City 4 years after his critically acclaimed show, Six Impossible Things, sold out its entire 18-month off-Broadway run. As a magician, Joshua Jay has performed his original work on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with James Corden and even successfully fooled Penn & Teller on Fool Us. Jay was also named “Magician of the Year” by the Society of American Magicians and a world champion at the World Magic Seminar. Jay has written six books on magic, including The New York Times best-selling children’s book Big Magic for Little Hands and has received much praise for his most recent book, How Magicians Think, including from David Copperfield who said, “Joshua Jay is a superb, innovative conjurer with an unrelenting love of the art. This book is proof of that passion.” Jay has also designed illusions for both stage and screen, working with shows such as Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire.
