The Annapolis Symphony Orchestra's Holiday Pops concert takes a musical sleigh trip across the globe that even Santa would envy, guided by Canadian world-folk favorites Sultans of String. Under the musical direction of José-Luis Novo, the ASO will be joined by the Sultans at Maryland Hall for a fun family Christmas Fiesta, featuring everything from a ska-inspired "Feliz Navidad" and a Turkish twist on "Greensleeves," to the gypsy jazz-style "Django Christmas," flamenca-flavored "Jingle Bells" and beyond. The quintet, headed up by Chris McKhool, is based in Toronto and have won tons of awards in their native country for their border-hopping sound, which weaves together a rich tapestry of Spanish flamenco, Arabic folk, Cuban rhythms, French jazz and more. The tickets identified in this promotion are made available through Goldstar.
