Grammy-winning violinist James Ehnes joins Music Director Jose-Luis Novo and the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra for a performance of Samuel Barber's violin concerto. This impressive Sunday afternoon concert also features works by Beethoven, Wagner and Stravinsky, as well as a post-show Q&A with Novo and Ehnes. An active recording artist, the Canadian musician is one of the classical world's most popular soloists. He's performed in more than 30 countries on five continents, appearing regularly in the world's great concert halls, now including North Bethesda's Music Center at Strathmore.
