The Long Beach Crawfish Festival returns for its 25th year of serving up succulent scores of seasoned Cajun crustaceans prepared to mouth-watering perfection in the world's largest crawfish pots. The authentic, Louisiana-style crawfish is prepared by Harold & Belle's Restaurant Master Chefs (as seen on Diners, Drives-In, and Dives with Guy Fieri) and served with Cajun potatoes and corn. But there's much more to eat here than crawfish -- you can also savor other New Orleans-style dishes, like Café du Monde-style chicory coffee and beignets, frog legs, catfish, gumbo, jambalaya, and red beans and rice. And you will definitely want to pop by Rajun Cajun, which was featured on Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race. Dance away the calories to the sounds of cajun, zydeco, R&B/soul, funk and Motown. Sing your heart out at the Karaoke Lounge with its live band Friday and Saturday evenings. March and dance along with the second line parade.
