What You'll Get
The Journal is an improvised comedy show that lampoons the works of Nicholas Sparks -- author of sappy-books-turned-even-sappier-films like The Notebook, The Lucky One and Dear John -- based on audience suggestions. Each performance features an original, unscripted story about small-town lovers who must confront their unhappy pasts, learn the true meaning of love and, of course, kiss in the rain. What else would you expect? Well, feel free to expect the wildest and weirdest elements you can imagine, since you'll be able to propose your own suggestions about the hurdles these star-crossed lovers will face in this Seattle Experimental Theater production of The Journal at The Ballard Underground.
This show is recommended for ages 13 and older.
