The "Let's make a show!" ethos is paramount when mounting a theatrical production, as the end result is product of teamwork. Ideas, imagination and execution are all mixed together to create a work of art, and the ensemble work of actors, designers, directors and more are critical to the process. The Grossmont College Theatre Arts Department's Inside the Actor's Process series will explore this ensemble work and highlight the rewards and challenges of collaborative theatrical creation. This class will illustrate how actors pick up dropped lines, adapt to blocking and support to production to ensure the show goes on.
