Award-winning playwright Bruce Graham's Stella & Lou, a story that finds humor and empathy in late-in-life love, comes to Boulder. Stella is a divorced nurse with a couple of kids and a lively spirit. She spends an evening getting to know the widowed owner of Lou's, a Philly tavern, and Donnie, a young patron unsure about his upcoming marriage. As the attraction between the two grows, they struggle to put past heartaches aside for a shot at romance. On the heels of last year's successful run, Vintage Theatre's charming production of Stella & Lou makes its way to The Dairy Arts Center.
