Needing no introduction to most local music-lovers, Maestro Richman was formerly Music Director of the Young Musicians Foundation Debut Orchestra here in Los Angeles, and the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra. Currently Music Director of the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Richman has also led the Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) Conducting Workshop in Los Angeles since 1998. In 2010, John Williams invited him to lead the three-month national summer tour of Star Wars: In Concert.
