Upon learning of the Craft Beer & Bacon Festival, the only logical reaction is: Why didn't someone think of this sooner? Located on an actual naval battleship, the festival offers unlimited craft beer tastings, live music, a mechanic bull, giant Jenga and, heck yes, access to gourmet food trucks selling bacon dishes. The USS Iowa in San Pedro is the West Coast's only battleship open to the public, and it'll make a fine setting for this celebration of artisanal beers and delicious bacon. All participants receive commemorative cups and unlimited beer tastings, and VIP admission gives you access to the suds and snacks one hour early.
