- Your voucher is valid any day through December 31, 2020 (based on availability and weather -- blackout dates apply) In order to fly, all passengers must not be pregnant, require supplemental oxygen, or have had recent surgeries. You must be age 5 or older, and be comfortable standing for at least an hour. Passengers can weigh up to 280 pounds. Anyone between 281 – 325 pounds will require a surcharge of $100.
