Q:

I am 52 and my wife is 51. We have never taken a lesson nor do we currently play. Are we to novice?

robert g.  asked on  Aug 22, 2013

A:

Hello; NO, you are not to novice. Actually you are the ones who would be suited best. I would not run out to buy equipment just yet though. Better to build the swing first and then get the equipment fitted to your swing, rather than to fit your swing to the equipment. You save money when getting your lessons first. IF you do this correctly, you should also be able to book your wife's lessons and your lessons back to back, by doing it that way, I can work with both of you at the same time and then you will be able to help each other as you are going along. My best suggestion is to first take one lesson each and see how it goes. I hope this helps. Robb Nunn PGA Professional

Q:

HI, I don't own any golf clubs yet. Is there a provision to rent them. What are the rental charges if any?

Sandhesh R.  asked on  Aug 22, 2013

A:

Hi. During your lesson, if you do not have golf clubs, I can provide them for you at no additional charge. There is a small charge of $7.00 for the range balls usage during the lesson itself.
