What You'll Get

Like performing dental work with a ballpoint pen or greeting your father-in-law, golf requires a steady hand and a wealth of patience. Make sure you have the right tools for the job with today’s Groupon: for $25, you get $50 worth of clubs, shirts, balls, shoes, and services at Golf Etc. Lakeland.

Golf Etc. Lakeland features a bevy of bogey-preventing products from brands such as Titleist, Ping, Bridgestone Golf, Adidas, Callaway, and TaylorMade. In addition to its armory of traditional fairway artillery, Golf Etc. also builds, repairs, regrips, and reshafts trusty clubs at its on-site workshop. Golfers can get their drivers and irons fitted ($20–$85), or allow one of Golf Etc.’s resident experts to conduct a comprehensive bag analysis ($20–$85), pinpointing the missing equipment necessary to unlock full eagle-earning potential and discovering hidden stashes of Skittles. Athletes in the market for new threads can choose from Golf Etc.’s wide selection of golf shoes (from $50) and apparel (from $34.99), featuring items from Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, and more.

About Golf Etc. Lakeland

Golf Etc. Lakeland helps golfers through the entire process of upgrading their arsenal, from finding brand-name equipment to adjusting their current gear to fit their game. Brothers Luke and J.J. Miller—the latter of whom coaches golf at Southeastern University—run the shop and personally oversee the custom club-fitting process. In the hitting bay in the back of the store, visitors are likely to see Luke—who fits and maintains clubs for many local pros—analyzing a client's swing with technology that helps him prescribe the right club or zone in on any modifications, such as adjusting the length of the shaft or replacing the club head with a jai-alai basket. Golf Etc. also features an indoor putting green for golfers to test out prospective flatsticks, and J.J. and Luke regularly perform club re-gripping and repair services.
