We work with clients one-on-one in 50 minute sessions. You will receive guidance, weight loss tips, healthy cooking demos, grocery store tours, as well as recipes and literature to enhance your experience!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have gained and lost over 150 pounds throughout my life. I have two children and want to help everyone reach their health and wellness goals so they can enjoy more time with their families. One main focus for me is to include healthy tips for the whole family.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with such amazing and inspirational people! It takes dedication and fearlessness to put yourself out there and declare that "I AM worth it! I WILL make healthy choices!".

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I've had people tell me if didn't feel like they were talking to a certified coach, but more like a friend. I strive to help people heal themselves. Nothing I can do will motivate you. You have the power within you, it's just my job to help you find it.
