The service itself was quick and courteous, but it feels almost like a bait and switch as I paid specifically for a synthetic oil change and was actually charged for oil when I arrived. I can KIND of understand a minimal charge for my filter (Audi) but being charged $30 on top of the Groupon price really left a bad taste in my mouth. Pricing needs to be up front and not disguised by fine print.
