The office space in Els Segundo had a very nice vibe and the massage room was spacious and clean. My massage therapist Reena was amazing. She had a stronge firm touch and really worked out the knots in my neck and shoulders. I would definitely come back.
Too much paperwork for just a massage I think if it has nothing to do medically then the paperwork should be bypassed. Was asked to provide 3 areas of body for massage but only one part was focused on. Also the room lights could have been a little more dimmed and would have preferred oil used instead of lotion.
This was just what I needed! It has been 9 long months without a massage and this place put me at ease about getting it done. Very clean and organized place. My masseuse was amazing, the right amount of pressure and really got into the knots all over my neck and shoulders. Thank you! I hope to be back soon.
Absolutely LOVE this place! The B12 shots
give me the boost I need so I can actually get things done during the day. I have lost 13 lbs in 3 months with their program. I have continued the program even without the Groupon special. The staff is incredibly friendly. I have referred my mother, sister and brother-in-law. We all love this place!
It was at a different location than I bought it for. I asked the therapist to work on my foot that was broken 3 months prior, which he DID NOT!!! His strokes were all too fast. It wasn't calming or relaxing. Just hard quick strokes the entire massage. I wouldn't recommend and I won't be back
Seemed dirty. Not a good time to be unaware of COVID.
Strange set up, 2 offices.

Vitamin B12: From Healing Dogs to Boosting Humans’ Moods
To learn more about what vitamin B12 does for the body, pop a bit of knowledge with Groupon’s introduction.
Vitamin B12 is considered an essential vitamin for a reason: it keeps nerve and blood cells healthy, supports the creation of DNA and RNA, and works with other B vitamins to support one’s mood. It’s also been used to treat maladies from heart disease to breast cancer to fatigue.
Most people already consume appropriate amounts of vitamin B12, although deficiency can occur in the elderly and those with dietary restrictions.
At least partial credit for the discovery of B12 goes to the dogs. It was while studying dogs that researcher George Whipple noted that consuming liver helped relieve the symptoms of anemia. Fellow scientists set out to isolate which of liver’s components could be used to treat human patients, and nearly 20 years later, vitamin B12 was identified. Fortunately for the squeamish, eating liver isn’t the only way to ensure B12 levels stay sufficient: The vitamin is commonly found in foods such as fish, meat, eggs, and dairy, and it can be taken in pill form or via injection.
